Nu är vi nära ett avslut på ett flerårigt projekt att byta s.k. trimventiler på våra radiatorstammar i de hus som har ett enrörssystem för detta. Bytet görs för att skapa en jämn värmetillförsel och förhoppningen är även att detta ska innebära en lägre energiförbrukning.
Vår anlitade firma, RVS Rörservice, har idag meddelat byte är klart i det näst sista av våra hus, vilket innebär adresserna Luftskeppsgatan 2 och Pilotgatan 12. Som en sista åtgärd ber vi boende på dessa adressera att ha koll på element och kopplingar till dessa då en uppstart efter att systemet varit tömt och får ny fart med bytta ventiler kan påverka äldre kopplingar en tid efter bytet. Så ser ni läckage kontaktar ni styrelsen eller vår förvaltare.
Sista adressen, Pilotgatan 4, kommer påbörjas efter sommaren den 25/8 av samma firma och vi hoppas att arbetet även där kan flyta på bra.

We are now nearing the completion of a multi-year project to replace the so-called trim valves on our radiator risers in the buildings that have a single-pipe system for this purpose. The replacement is being done to ensure an even heat supply, and we also hope that this will result in lower energy consumption.
The company we’ve hired, RVS Rörservice, announced today that the replacement is complete in the second-to-last of our buildings, specifically at Luftskeppsgatan 2 and Pilotgatan 12. As a final precaution, we ask residents at these addresses to keep an eye on the radiators and their connections, as restarting the system after it has been drained and is getting back up to speed with the new valves may affect older connections for a while after the replacement. If you notice any leaks, please contact the board or our property manager.
Work on the final address, Pilotgatan 4, will begin after the summer on August 25 by the same contractor, and we hope that the work there will also proceed smoothly.
