Måndagen den 26 oktober är det äntligen dags för byggstart av 9 lägenheter som ska byggas i förskolans gamla lokaler på adresserna Luftskeppsgatan 2 och Pilotgatan 12.
Processen från beslutet vi tog på stämman i april 2025 till byggstart har tagit lång tid.
Beslutet från Stadsbyggnadskontoret i Stockholms stad kom i går den 22 oktober.
Vår projektledare från Convertere, företaget vi har anlitat har haft god tid på sej att undersöka, analysera och projektera bygget. Glädjande nog resulterar det i att bygget kan starta med mycket kort framförhållning.
Det vill säga redan på måndag den 26 oktober.
Information om bygget
Den första byggtiden, med start på måndag, kommer att vara relativt tyst, och vartefter bygget pågår kommer vi att informera i så god tid det går om när det kommer att låta mycket.
Anslag kommer att sättas upp. Vi kommer fortlöpande skriva här på luftskeppet.se dels som en Nyhet, dels under en egen flik Mitt Boende/Information/Lägenheter-Förskolan.
Här kommer ni också att hitta kontaktinformation till ansvariga för bygget, ritningar, preliminär tidsplan och annan väsentlig information.
Kontaktinformation – bygget
I portarna, tvättstugan och på hemsidan kommer kontaktinformation till de byggansvariga att sättas upp. Har ni frågor som rör bygget ber vi er att kontakta dem.
De som kommer att röra sej på gården bär varselvästar och legitimation. Låt dom arbeta i lugn och ro med sitt. Och om du har frågor kontaktar du någon av de ansvariga.
Barn på gården
Byggområdet kommer att vara innanför det befintliga svarta staketet runt den gamla förskolan.
Ni som har barn, som brukar leka och cykla runt på gården.
Vi ber er att prata med era barn om att de absolut inte får gå in på byggarbetsplatsen.
Detta är på grund av säkerhetsskäl.
Gästrummet blir lunchrum
Redan nu har vi annonserat att föreningens gästrum kommer att stängas för uthyrning från den 2 november .
Bygginformation med Julfika i början på december
I början på december ordnar vi julfika.
Då kommer representanter från bygget och presenterar projektet och frågor kan ställas.
Vi går också igenom föreningens ekonomi och vi återkommer med en separat inbjudan!

Hurray, as we have all been waiting for!
Monday, October 26th, it is finally time for construction to start on 9 apartments that will be built in the old premises of the preschool at the addresses Luftskeppsgatan 2 and Pilotgatan 12.
The process from the decision we made at the general meeting in April 2025 to the start of construction has taken a long time.
The decision from the City of Stockholm’s City Planning Office came yesterday, October 22nd.
Our project manager from Convertere, the company we have hired, has had plenty of time to investigate, analyze and design the construction. Happily, this results in the construction being able to start at very short notice.
That is, already on Monday, October 26th.
Information about the construction
The first construction period, starting on Monday, will be relatively quiet, and as the construction progresses, we will inform you as soon as possible about when it will be noisy.
Budgets will be set up. We will continuously write here on luftskeppet.se partly as a News, partly under a separate tab Mitt Boende/Information/Lägenheter-Förskolan
Here you will also find contact information for those responsible for the construction, drawings, preliminary schedule and other important information.
Contact information – the construction
Contact information for the construction managers will be posted in the gates, the laundry room and on the website. If you have any questions regarding the construction, please contact them.
Those who will be moving around the yard will wear high-visibility vests and identification. Let them work in peace and quiet with their work. And if you have any questions, please contact one of the managers.
Children in the yard
The construction area will be inside the existing black fence around the old preschool.
Those of you who have children, who usually play and ride their bikes around the yard.
We ask you to talk to your children that they are absolutely not allowed to enter the construction site.
This is for safety reasons.
The guest room will be the lunch room
We have already announced that the association’s guest room will be closed for rental from November 2nd.
Construction information with Christmas coffee in the beginning of December
At the beginning of December we organize Christmas coffee.
Representatives from the construction will then come and present the project and questions can be asked.
We will also review the association’s finances and we will return with a separate invitation!
