Nu är det sommar och gården står i full blom

Här följer lite information om vad som är på gång i  vår förening och några påminnelser för att hålla trivseln på topp.

I slutet av maj fick vi efter lång väntan till slut ett bygglov för byggnationen av 9 stycken lägenheter i den f.d förskolelokalen på Pilotgatan. Beräknad byggstart blir efter sommaren, i slutet av augusti om processen för ansökan om startbesked går som den ska.

Vi återkommer efter sommaren med mer besked och information om tidsplan och påverkan för boende på adresserna för konverteringen.

Ritning förskolan

När det gäller ombyggnation av hostellokalerna är vi just nu i slutdiskussioner om avtalet med ett företag, och vi hoppas kunna skriva under detsamma innan semestrarna.

För att postsystemet ska fungera fullt ut får ni inte sätta upp egna lappar på boxarna eller själv ändra adresslapparna. Alla ändringar ska kommuniceras med Storholmen.

Miljörummet används av många och vi delar det med våra grannar i Brf Flygledaren.
Vi behöver alla hjälpas åt för att hålla det i ordning.
Tänk på detta:

Tänk på att allt avfall, även det som blir över när du grillar, ska sorteras! Så lämna inget matavfall, pizzakartonger eller skräp efter dej, utan ta med dej det som blir över till lägenheten.

Och lägg det inte i gårdens papperskorgar, det lockar till sej skator, fiskmåsar och råttor.
Vid grillplatsen finns en elstolpe och vi rekommenderar dej att använda en elektrisk grilltändare eller ett grillrör för att tända på kolen. Här är en användbar länk med grilltips.

Now it’s summer and the garden is in full bloom
Here is some information about what’s going on in our association and some reminders to keep the fun going.

New apartments are in the works

At the end of May, after a long wait, we finally received a building permit for the construction of 9 apartments in the former preschool premises on Pilotgatan. The estimated start of construction will be after the summer, at the end of August if the process for applying for a start notice goes as planned.
We will return after the summer with more news and information about the schedule and the impact on residents at the addresses for the conversion.

Hostel premises

Regarding the reconstruction of the hostel premises, we are currently in final discussions about the agreement with a company, and we hope to be able to sign it before the holidays.

The mailboxes

In order for the postal system to function properly, you are not allowed to put your own labels on the boxes or change the address labels yourself. All changes must be communicated to Storholmen.

If you do not want to receive advertising

If you do not want advertising in your mailbox, open the door of
your mailbox and pull the label so that the text No advertising is visible from the outside!

Do not leave or throw away any paper at the mailboxes!

Remember:
This applies to the environmental room

The environmental room is used by many people and we share it with our neighbors in Brf Flygledaren.
We all need to help each other to keep it tidy.

Remember this:

• Cartons must be folded before being placed in the containers.
• Do not place items outside the containers! If the item is too large to fit, it should be left at a recycling center.
• Hazardous waste such as paint, solvents and makeup may not be thrown in the environmental room.
  It can be left at the environmental station outside ICA – you can pick up the key at the checkout.

The barbecue and patio areas

Remember that all waste, even what is left over when you barbecue, must be sorted! So do not leave any food waste, pizza boxes or rubbish behind, but take what is left over to the apartment with you.

And do not put it in the yard’s trash cans, it attracts magpies, seagulls and rats.

There is an electric pole by the barbecue area and we recommend that you use an electric barbecue lighter or a barbecue pipe to light the coals. Here is a useful link with barbecue tips.
