Lite om nya hemsidan
- Om du har sparat en länk från den tidigare versionen av luftskeppet.se, kanske i ett tidigare mejl, och länken nu inte fungerar. Använd sidans sökfunktion och sök på ett nyckelord som rör ämnet som den aktuella sidan handlar om. Får du en träff på den aktuella sidan byter du ut den länken spar.
- Vi i styrelsen har upptäckt att några länkar till sidor i texterna på sidan inte fungerar. Skicka gärna ett mejl till styrelsen@luftskeppet.se och berätta, så fixar vi det.
- Tyvärr har information också försvunnit, och är det något som du tidigare har läst på luftskeppet.se som du inte hittar hör gärna av dej då också.
- Till sist vill vi slå ett slag för sidans sökfunktion. Med hjälp av den kan du hitta specifika ämnen på sidan som du vill läsa om. Sök efter förstoringsglaset på sidan överkant och klicka på det.
Kontakt
Under fliken kontakt finns fyra rubriker som är klickbara:
- Felanmälan & Boendekontakt Om du vill göra en felanmälan, eller har frågor om ditt boende klickar du på den här länken. Här finns viktiga telefonnummer och tips om hur du går vidare med en del boendefrågor.
- Förvaltaren Här finns alla kontaktuppgifter till vår förvaltare Storholmen som information om du behöver kvittera ut exempelvis en nyckel.
- Månadsavgift, avier och lägenhetsutdrag Om du behöver fakta om din lägenhet eller behöver en avi för din avgift använder du den här länken.
- Styrelsen Här är mejlen till föreningens styrelse, om du vill ha svar på en fråga som du inte hittar när du söker på hemsidan. Eller något du undrar över.
Här ska du inte göra en felanmälan, och vi i styrelsen har alltid tillgång till den informationen som du som boende skickar till vår förvaltare. Risken är om du skickar en felanmälan till fel mottagare är att din anmälan faller bort.
Cyklar på loftgången
Vi vill påminna om att det inte är tillåtet att ha cyklar eller annat på loftgången:
Samtliga utrymmen enligt ovan är utrymningsvägar och måste hela tiden hållas fria i händelse av brand. Det är inte heller tillåtet att förvara någonting i trapphus som går att antända. Föremål som står i våra gemensamma utrymmen kommer utan förvarning att omhändertas av vår fastighetsskötare och återfås därefter på egen bekostnad. Läs gärna med under fliken Trivselregler.
- Barnvagn förvaras inne i lägenheten eller i förråd.
- Cyklar ska vara i cykelställ eller i cykelförråd.
Grillsäsongen är igång
Grillregler
Grillning med kol- eller gasolgrill är inte tillåten på din balkong eller uteplats p.g.a. brandrisken, men en elgrill får användas. Tänk bara på att det inte osar in till grannen.
När du har grillat på någon av gårdens grillplatser ber vi er att inte lämna kvar kol, tändvätska och matrester.
Var sparsam med grillvätska med tanke på miljön och lukten. Vid tvättstugans grillplats finns en elstolpe och vi rekommenderar starkt att använda en elektrisk grilltändare!
Gör ren grillen när du är klar och lämna platsen som du själv vill finna den.

Toaletten i grannföreningens lokal fungerar inte
Tyvärr så har föreningslokalen i grannföreningen Horisonten drabbats av en vattenläcka. Lokalen där vi ska vara har klarat sej men tyvärr så kommer toaletten vara avstängd.
A little about the new website
The association’s website has recently been updated and some problems have arisen. All pages on luftskeppet.se have changed addresses, but all content is still there:
- If you have saved a link from the previous version of luftskeppet.se, perhaps in a previous email, and the link now does not work. Use the page’s search function and search for a keyword related to the topic that the current page is about. If you get a hit on the current page, replace that link and save.
- We on the board have discovered that some links to pages in the texts on the page do not work. Please send an email to styrelsen@luftskeppet.se and tell us, and we will fix it.
- Unfortunately, information has also disappeared, and if there is something that you have previously read on luftskeppet.se that you cannot find, we would like to hear from you then too.
- Finally, we would like to give the page a try for the search function. With the help of it, you can find specific topics on the page that you want to read about. Look for the magnifying glass at the top of the page and click on it.
Contact
Under the contact tab there are four clickable headings:
- Fault Report & Accommodation Contact If you want to report a fault, or have questions about your accommodation, click on this link. Here are important phone numbers and tips on how to proceed with some accommodation questions.
- The manager Here is all the contact information for our manager Storholmen as information if you need to hand over a key, for example.
- Monthly fee, notices and apartment statement If you need facts about your apartment or need a notice for your fee, use this link.
- The board Here is the email to the association’s board, if you want an answer to a question that you cannot find when searching the website. Or something you are wondering about.
You should not report a fault here, and we on the board always have access to the information that you as a resident send to our manager. The risk is that if you send a fault report to the wrong recipient, your application will be lost.
Bicycles on the attic walkway
We would like to remind you that it is not permitted to have bicycles or other items on the attic walkway:
All spaces as above are escape routes and must be kept clear at all times in the event of a fire. It is also not permitted to store anything in the stairwell that can ignite.
Items left in our common areas will be taken care of by our property manager without prior notice and will then be returned at your own expense. Please read the Comfort Rules tab.
- Strollers are stored inside the apartment or in storage.
- Bicycles must be stored in a bicycle rack or in a bicycle storage room.
Barbecue season is underway
Barbecue rules
Grilling with a charcoal or gas grill is not permitted on your balcony or patio due to the risk of fire, but an electric grill may be used. Just remember that it does not waft to the neighbor.
When you have barbecued on one of the farm’s barbecue areas, we ask that you do not leave any charcoal, lighter fluid or food scraps behind.
Be sparing with barbecue fluid, considering the environment and the smell. There is an electric pole by the laundry room’s barbecue area and we strongly recommend using an electric barbecue lighter!
Clean the barbecue when you are finished and leave the area as you would have found it.

The toilet in the neighboring association’s premises is not working
Unfortunately, the association premises in the neighboring association Horisonten have suffered a water leak. The premises where we will be are okay but unfortunately the toilet will be closed.
