Nya rutiner och tvättider 

På årsstämman 2025 beslutades det att styrelsen skulle se över bokningstiderna i tvättstugan som ligger i gårdshuset.
Nu är förändringar genomförda och de nya tiderna och rutiner börjar gälla från den 16/2 2026.

Föreningens tvättstuga ligger inrymd i tvättstugehuset, vilket är beläget mitt på gården. Tvättstugan är uppdelad på fyra rum som är utrustade enligt nedan.
I tvättstugehuset finner ni också föreningens gästrum.

Det finns två sätt att boka tvättstugan på:

1. Boka med valfri passerbricka via bokningstavlan i entrén i tvättstugehuset. Dokumentet visar hur det funkar: Bruksanvisning för bokning av tvättpass
2. Boka tvättstugan på webben. Hur du gör detta återfinns under Webbokning - Tvättstuga här på hemsidan.

 Alla tvättpass är på fyra timmar och tiderna är:

07.00–11.00
11.00–15.00
15.00–19.00
19.00–23.00

- Torktiden är på 30 minuter, efter passets slut. Vänligen respektera varandras bokningar och använd endast torktumlare och torkskåp efter att tvättpasset har tagit slut och under de 30 minuter som tvättpassen överlappar varandra.
- Om du är klar med din tvätt före tiden har gått ut kan du avboka ditt pass även efter att det startat. På det viset kan någon annan boka den tid som återstår av ditt pass.
- Du kan ha två bokade pass åt gången. (Tidigare kunde du bara ha ett bokat pass.) Observera att du inte kan boka två tvättider som pågår samtidigt, men du kan ha två tvättpass bokade på olika tider.
- Varje hushåll har 8 tvättpass per kalendermånad.
- Om tvättrummet du har bokat är ledig kan du påbörja ditt tvättpass 15 minuter före din bokade tid.
- Inställelsetiden är 60 minuter. När den passerat kan någon annan boka tvättrummet och din bokade tid anses som förbrukad.
- En maskin för grovtvätt finner du i tvättrum 2 och tvättrum 6 är utrustad med två tvättpelare med maskiner av en något mindre typ.

När du ska börja tvätta går du in med valfri passerbricka. Du öppnar ditt bokade tvättsuga via läsaren vid dörren för respektive rum när tiden är inne för det bokade tvättpasset.

Så efter avslutat tvättpass tar vi självfallet reda på ludd ut torktumlarna, torkar av använda maskiner och golv för att behålla tvättstugan i gott skick.

Felanmälan

Om du upptäcker något fel på någon maskin, ser en ansamling av vatten etc. skriver du en felanmälan till vår förvaltare enligt deras instruktion som finns anslagen på anslagstavlan i tvättstugan.

New routines and laundry times

At the 2025 annual general meeting, it was decided that the board would review the booking times in the laundry room located in the courtyard.
The changes have now been implemented and the new times and routines will come into effect from 16/2 2026.

The association's laundry room is located in the laundry room, which is located in the middle of the courtyard. The laundry room is divided into four rooms that are equipped as above.
In the laundry room you will also find the association's guest room.

There are two ways to book the laundry room:

1. Book with any access token via the booking board in the entrance to the laundry room. The document shows how it works: Instructions for booking laundry passes
2. Book the laundry room online. How to do this can be found under Web booking - Laundry room here on the website.

All laundry sessions are four hours long and the times are:

07:00–11:00
11:00–15:00
15:00–19:00
19:00–23:00

- The drying time is 30 minutes, after the end of the session. Please respect each other's bookings and only use the dryer and drying cabinet after the laundry session has ended and during the 30 minutes that the laundry sessions overlap.
- If you finish your laundry before the time has expired, you can cancel your session even after it has started. This way, someone else can book the remaining time of your session.
- You can have two booked sessions at a time. (Previously, you could only have one booked session.) Please note that you cannot book two laundry sessions that are running at the same time, but you can have two laundry sessions booked at different times.
- Each household has 8 laundry sessions per calendar month.
- If the laundry room you have booked is available, you can start your laundry session 15 minutes before your booked time.
- The arrival time is 60 minutes. Once this time has passed, someone else can book the laundry room and your booked time is considered used.
- A machine for heavy laundry can be found in laundry room 2 and laundry room 6 is equipped with two washing columns with machines of a slightly smaller type.

When you are about to start washing, you enter with your desired access token. You open your booked laundry machine via the reader at the door for each room when the time has come for the booked laundry session.

Cleaning the laundry room

Leave the laundry room as you would like to find it:
So after the laundry session is over, we will of course take care of fluffing the dryers, wiping down used machines and floors to keep the laundry room in good condition.

Fault report

If you discover a fault with any machine, see a build-up of water, etc., please write a fault report to our manager according to their instructions posted on the notice board in the laundry room.
